Brian Eberling was hired in 1993 to help with the transition from using a KROY Machine to produce our ads, to doing them on a computer. He established procedures and handled all issues including the purchase, installation and licensing of software. Due to rapid growth he had to eventually hire and supervise 2 (Two) designers. Brian had to deal with high volumes of information from Unions. Today he has updated us to full digital production in color. His responsibilities were too numerous to elaborate on for the purpose of this recommendation. Know that should you hire Brian, he has the ability to multi task under pressure. Has great communication skills and takes pride in doing the absolute best job possible. Please don’t hesitate to call me should you want more information. You will not find a better employee.
